i am in missouri & i am wondering, do you have to answer interrogatories in full? i have been to court time & time again & they always ask same questions each time. They have this info already. I would like to just send them back with a bright n/a acrross them.

interroagatories are a stage of discovery. you are usually placed under oath before it all begins. if you refuse to answer questions then it could be viewed by the judge thatyou are not being cooperative. it could look bad on your part.

of course, you do not have to supply detailed answered. yes and no, sparce answers things of this nature are acceptable answers.

i figure the reason they are asking the same questinos over and over, is to see if they can get a different answer. possibly trying to prove that you are manipulating the details and attempting to hide things or to lie about things.
