Well, it has happened to me again, when I orginally posted this question on this site I was basically told there is nothing that I can do about it.
Well, it turns out after filing a Police report in the county it was occuring in the person is going to be arrested for harrassment and posible stalking charges. So if anyone ever has this happen to them on a repeated basis and the person is using their pictures on a paid service persue it, they will get charged with a misdemenor and get arrested.
The legal system does work when you let them handle it.
I guess when someone thinks revenge is funny to post libel information on the internet they do not treat it as a joke but a serious matter. I hope they enjoy being arrested for doing this to me and paying all of the fines and court cost.
