If the judge finds in my favor in small claims court, is garnishing of wages also done through this court, by the judge? Any input on how effective garnishing wages is as to collecting on bad debt? Hassle or hassle free? THanks

Everything has some 'hassle'.... so what is too much to you?? Garnishment of wages (where allowed) is often a viable method to enforce a judgment.
