I have been on medical leave since 4/8/00 due to severe depression. The disability ins co recvd some incorrect info from someone at the dr's office that I should have returned to work 5/1. My dr has written letters, faxed, and phoned them to straighten it out and they just keep asking for more. It has definately hindered my recovery. I've spent many days worried about if I will be paid for the past 5 months. Now I have been told by my employer that when I am released from short term disability, I no longer have a job, due to some restructuring in the company. I feel that this ins co has ruined my professional reputation with my employer by claiming that I should have returned May 1. Now I'm not only depressed, I'm unemployed. Any suggestions?

Thank you!
Krista
