What is the name of your state? Kansas

I live in Kansas but the accident occurred in Missouri. I was stopped at a stop-light and rear-ended. My family doctor suggested either physical therapy or chiropractic for my neck, shoulder and back pain. I went to the chiropractor. I had spinal manipulation and also massage therapy. I have PIP coverage under my insurance and wanted to use that until I settle later with the other driver's insurance. I will then have to pay back my insurance company. But my insurance company adjustor is denying payment for the massage therapy saying the records don't document the service. There is documentation but their argument is that she has to note specifically which body parts were touched and how and for how long. What recourse do I have? What can I do to get them to pay the claim?
