What is the name of your state? California

What is the statute of limitations for insider trading? I overhead a conversation 3 years ago, where a husband worked for a moving company and bragged his wife worked for a High Tech Company. She knew when her company would acquire new businesses, and he invested in those businesses prior to that information going public.

Okay, what is it you want -- revenge? to recover for YOUR losses? to blackmail them? ANd why did you wait 3 years. No one will believe you.

I was just seeking advice on what the right thing to do would be for this situation now and in the future. I have no revenge factor, only my conscience. I agree that bringing it up now officially would probably not be the right thing to do. I wanted that confirmed without asking for direct confirmation. I also wanted to know what the best way to handle this would be if I heard it happen today........
