Who is actually minding the store in terms of bankruptcy fraud? I am basically pro se again, so I'm going to have to get smart fast and try to bring this mess to someone else's attention to bring a little authority to bear on it. The debtor failed to schedule various assets, had post-petition transfers of assets, concealed assets, all to the extent that the BK trustee last said that they are viewing this as a 100 percent plan. I had a lawyer, but that mainly had the effect of taking me OFF the job without him ever getting ON it, so now I suppose I have to scramble around and come up with an entirely new approach to Beating the Bulls--t Bankruptcy!

In order to get the U.S. Trustee to do anything about this, am I going to have to do the work? Are they basically slammed to the wall and not pursuing anything without conviction and big dollar potential? Anyone know?
