My divorce was final in Nov 2009, all property was split. My husband did not have the cash to pay me out so in the divorce papers we agreed for him to pay me $25,000.00 every year for 4 years on the 15th of February. Well this February 15th he gave me $5,000.00. Asked why, he said freeze laws were on and could not haul grain (he is a farmer). So I gave him until April 30, 2010Today he told me that he doesnt have my money but he can pay me a little every month. What to do? I dont have the money to keep paying a lawyer. Do I write a letter and have him agreee to monthly installments until its paid. Am I being too nice? he is spending money on other things! Help

He can spend money on other things -- you didn't say what those "other things" are. You could file a motion pro se for an order to show cause and do the entire case yourself. If you are divorced he is NOT your husband now. Unless you remarried him.
