I dont know. Ive considered recording a conversation between the two of us. NC recording laws make that legal, as far as I know.

Working with someone skilled at understanding and processing childhood trauma might help you put the pieces together a bit better and find some more of the ones you admit you are still missing. This would help with your goal of protecting others.

If you have the option, speak more with your parernts or guardian about this time.

If applicable do you remember who your pediatrician or primary care doctor was at the time? Perhaps older medical records may have some information or context that could help.
