HELP!! We have our homeowners Insurance thru our Mortgage Co. We had a water leak while away for the weekend in Feb of this year. The water damage was to the master bdrm and the garage below. Some damage to areas around master bdrm and kitchen. The insurance paid the claim but sent the check to our mortgage co. We rcv'd the check signed it as requested and sent it back, we have had the run around every since. They say the lost the check or the will send it in 3 check (due to it is a large check) but 6 months later still no check and the house is still unrepaired.
What can we do!
