What is the name of your state?Georgia Recently I submitted a claim to my insurance company for water damage done to my floor. i told them that my furnace leaked water on floor once and some how water got trapped in the wood beneath my floor which caused it to rotten(mobile home)but the insurance company denied my claims saying that they do not cover leakages cause by a heating and air conditioning system in which i did not see that on my policy i only saw hail and earthquakes are not covered by my insurance. what can i do? what legals rights do i have if any?
