What is the name of your state? California Insurance. Can i settle a auto accident insurance claim, if my health insurance provider refuse to give my insurance company the billing amount for my treatments. The insurance company has been trying to get the amount they owe for my treatments from my health provider for the past 5 months. An if i settle my claim am i liable for the money owed my health provider from my insurance company.I am a state employee an i have a privide insurance.
