1) I had the car accident back in 2001,January.
2) I had contacted the insurace company to check if my car
is fully covered. I have two car registered for the
insurance.
3) Insurance company said my car was fully covered.
So they can check the car and send me the check to fix it.

My car got fixed and now they are sending me a letter
telling me that it was their mistake back on January and
would like me to reimburse the check which they had send to
fix up my car.

I had talked to the insurance company via phone and told
them if it werent for fully covered I would fix my car in
the first place. They admit it was their mistake but they
still want the check reimbursed.

Do I really have to reimburse the check to the insurance
company? Or it is their professional mistake and I can
argure more?

Please help me, they will be bringing collection agency
if I dont pay up soon.

Best regards,
Masaki.
Seattle, Washington
