i was in an auto accident recently. Both of us have the same insurance company. We both had green lights, I was going straight, she was turning and failed to yield. No one was sited at the time of accident. Now,my insurance is claiming because I'm younger that the accident is my fault and they're putting her claim on my policy. Is there anything I can do to dispute and get reimbursed for incurred charges?
