my dad died in feb.of this year on the job accident
and he had no will ,he and my mom was divorced for over 17 yrs.he had remarried he had life ins.,but who
will be the beneficiaryof the ins. i have two brothers 32
and 29 i'm 21 my sister 17,.my momsays it was on the divorce papers that my sibilings and iwould be but my
fathers employers says my oldest brother

The beneficiary will be the person named in writing on the accepted application, or any subsequent beneficiary change notice, as beneficiary unless none is named in which case it will be the estate of the insured.
