Can you be claimed on your boyfriends insurance, if you and he have lived together for 7years, and the reason you aren't married yet is because his ex wife was prolonging the divorce, and they are now divorced, but she has informed the insurance company that I was using his insurance and she was his wife, so now the insurance company wants the man to send in our marriage license, but we don't have one yet? What can his insurance do to us. The state is Georgia please help!

You may want to call the state insurance commission. I don't think you can be on his insurance unless you are a child or spouse. If you claimed you were but were not then you may be committing insurance fraud. There can be stiff penalties for that. They may ask for repayment of any claims they have paid as a result and could drop coverage of your boyfriend.
