What is the name of your state? nevada

My son was killed in a car accident. The insurance paid but x-husband made claim with the lawyer assigned by the state for child support arrears. (I don't owe) and he has no judgement or anything else to show that I owe him. The attorney held the money. His family law attorney has now put a claim against the "estate" money to pay for representing my x-husband in the court case I brought to prove that I do not owe him support he in fact owes me. Can his attorney put a claim against all of the money or just x-husbands half and where do I find case law?
thanx
