What is the name of your state? Wisconsin

However, I am moving to AZ. My parents owned a piece of land with a house trailer in northern Wisconsin. They decided to put the names of their children (me, brother and sister) on the deed. They still pay utilities and insurance. I am moving out of state (AZ) and my siblings live in MN. I see all kinds of problems here -- with liaiblity, etc. Am I wrong to worry? Is this all legal? Do we need to put the deed back in my parents' names? Am I insured if someone gets hurt and sues me?
