My father had insurance policies on me and my daughter for years before he passed 3 months ago, what will happen to those policies and how can I find out if I am entitled to anything?

Have you been in contact with the executor of his estate? Is he likely to have other assets in the estate besides the life insurance policies?

Did he leave a last will and testament?

Did he tell you the names of the insurance companies or would you have access to his home to look through his personal papers to see if the policies or information about them is there?
