What is the name of your state? GA
I recently began taking care of an elderly relative (in 90's). He does not have any insurance or assets. I would like to buy insurance to cover his burial/funeral expenses. Can you suggest a good company or another way to handle this. Thanks in advance for your input.

An insurance policy for a person over 90 years old may not be available, as cut-off age may be 80. And if it is possible, it's not inexpensive and will probably have a 2 year waiting period.

When talking with a funeral director, ask for a pre-arrangement-which will definitely have you covered at the time of the person's death.
