Hi I live in California,
I resently took out a personal loan with a loan company, and they used some of my household goods as collateral. They also went on to say that I must purchase insurance from them to cover my my household goods,I did so reluctantly. Resently a friend told me that a few years back he was a victim of the same scam by a differnt company. But that company had a class action law suit filed on them, which they lost and had to pay out millions. The ruling was that peoples' credit was their insurance, and that it was not legal what they were doing. How do I go about finding a lawyer that will file a class action suit on my behalf, if in fact the same as above aplies to me?
