What is the name of your state? oh
I have a renter next door to my condo, there is multiple people living there at various times and the association has no lease agreement in hand from the owner which is in the bylaws. I also noticed the building value just on that unit is alot lower than the surrounding and attached condos in our complex. (all have the same structure). My concern is if their condo has the appropriate insurance on it if one of their tenants or guest cause an emergency of some kind that causes damage to the attached condo's or what the HOA's liability would be? (they are the only rental unit)
