What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MS

If my DUI arrest will be reduced to neg driving, will the insurance companies know about it before the conviction? Or will the arrest show up immediately? I would like to switch companies before I get convicted.

Why are you switching insurance companies. I can't see it helping you in this case.

Insurance companies shouldn't have any knowledge of your arrest, only what the results of the conviction are.

I'm not letting my insurance know. I was comparing insurance rates and found out I'll save approx $500 per year if I switched. I'm using this money to help pay for my attorney and court fees.
