husband and I are legally seperated I moved out, the house burned and the insurance was in my father inlaws name but he passed on 3 yrs. ago so the check went to husband as sole heir. Am I entitled to any of the money?This is Arkansas

This is a divorce / support / real estate question, but if you were an owner, as your property was damaged you probably should have a right to a share of the proceeds to get the place fixed. Ask the divorce lawyer.
