my cardiology practice is in arizona. A doctor in town has illegally used my name to get a state license to use radioactive materials for medical use at his office. he listed me as "authorized user" in his application for the state license, without my knowledge. the use and administration of this material requires special training, which i have and he doesn't. the state found out about this and cited and fined him. in the meantime he performed about 400 heart tests at $1000 each. can i sue him on the basis of theft of intelectual property, ie, training and credentials?
