I'm trying to determine how closely I can tread to Nintendo's intellectual property rights.

I have a popular unofficial Pokemon website, and I'm considering getting a new domain: www.SSAnne.com, based on the name of a boat in the game.

Is that a potential problem? If I ask Nintendo of America Inc, I'm sure their blanket legal answer is "You can't do that," even if I'm legally on firm groud.

So the question is, would I be on firm ground?

Thanks
