I am in the state of NC, and I had three credit cards discharged in bankruptcy about 6-8 months ago. I own a home and car, but elected to keep this property and keep up with payments. I requested copies of my credit report from two agency. Both agencies list my auto loan as being discharged in bankruptcy. What should I do about this? Has it really been discharged, I have been making the payment. Has the bank incorrectly discharged this, was it really discharged, or could the credit reports just be wrong? What should I do. Please advise.

Thanks guys. Your always helpful.
