How do I go about getting the interlock removed for atleast my company vehicle? Does anyone know a good & affordable laywer in Virginia?

This most likely depends on what the DMV requirements are. If they require an interlock on a company vehicle, I'd guess that it's doubtful you or an attorney could do anything about it because I believe usually it's the DMV that controls this part of your case and not the courts. And in my experience with the DMV, they don't negotiate. They hold the cards.
