He wants to get a divorce, but he does not know where to start. Does he file in Oklahoma or El Salvador? Also, what laws from which country apply? He has been separated from his wife and has lived in the United States for about 3 years. He has lived in Oklahoma for the last 2 years. Any information is greatly appreciated.
