We live in MA. We married in the UK and came to the US - my husband is dual citizen US and Colombia and I am British. If I want a divorce due to irretrievable breakdown where can I get a lawyer who is an epxert in Internatinal cases?. Also our child (6 mths) is dual US/British citizen. If I want custody and to go back to UK - is it possible or do I have to stay in MA? Is it true that muy child cannot leave MA during the divorce process??
