currently living in argentina and moving back to Texas after 3 yrs. Husband tells me he wants a divorce and is bringing his new love back to the US with him. We married 3 1/2 yrs ago, I left my job and now am going back with nothing and no job. what can I do now, before I move back in June to cover myself financially when I get home? My understanding is in Texas I cannot file for six months.
