i am starting an adventure travel company. i am based in california and my partner is in mexico. which is better as in more cost effective - to be based here or there? how do i protect myself from lawsuits by customers? i am using all mexican suppliers for accommodations, tour activities, etc. should they supply me with any type of insurance?
