Internet abuse/defamation/privacy etc

I have removed my question, because of privacy issues.

I do not want my problem escalating on the internet..where uncivil, and
cruel people seem to thrive.

Thank you Belize for your time. I will pursue this with the web space provider,
and hopefully some changes can be had that way.

I thought bullying behavior on the net had some new laws..seems to me
I heard about that and student issues in chat rooms. Harrassment, name calling and derogatory behaviors directed by bullies to others, is just epidemic now.

I am glad the obscenity was removed from Stanford's post, and the second one
also. Thank you for that at least.

I can see that this was a mistake also. This is not a forum to help people, but to humilate them?

There is a difference I agree between my culture (age) and yours.

This discriminatory response tells me that the internet is full of people just like YOU, mr. STANFORD...

I thought this was a legal advice forum. I see I was mistaken. It is a vehicle for ego and humiliation as well.
I will contact one of the 3 attorneys I found in my state who specialize in
internet law. You have answered my question, only not in the way I expected.


And I can see this forum is not moderated either. I guess leaving the internet, as my son advised is the best policy.
