i live in ohio and the seller lives in indiana. the sellar
offers chrome wheels i wanted on his internet site for 215 each which is why i ordered from him instead of buying them locally.i just recently had the wheels mounted and was told then these wheels are polished aluminum. the sellar will not send me chrome wheels and will not let me return the wheels because i had tires mounted on them. do i have a legitamite recourse?
he also has not corrected this on his web site either. enough time elased that my credit card company has already paid the bill. he is claiming that price is not for chrome and he is not bound by what is offered on his internet site.

Ever heard of false advertising and consumer fraud?

If your credit card company paid the bill and you put in a claim with them, they should be able to take care of it so you do not pay out of pocket.

Otherwise, consider filing a lawsuit from this website (good luck) or chalk it up to a lesson learned and a tax deduction.
