Does having sexual fantasies, or reading Playboy Magazine, give you grounds for divorce ?
Unless a fantasy is acted upon, then the answer is no.
Believe me when I tell you, if you decide to file for divorce, use the "No-Fault" method rather than the "Fault" method. No-Fault is MUCH cheaper to obtain and gets you the same divorce. However, if you want your divorce to drag on, and on, and cost you oodles of money, then by all means, use the Fault method. Your attorney will thank you.
