I won a prize(computer speakers) and after many e-mails(I have every copy) from and to http://www.bobjohnsons.com, it seems that they refuse to send it to me. How can I make them send me the prize. I've tried everything.

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

Never ever write the name of a person or company on any type of site like this: you open yourself up to liability.

As to getting the prize you are owed:

This internet company is still not complying. I have sent them "2" valid mailing addresses-one's that have been lived in by the me and received postal and UPS mailings for at least 5 years. Now what do I do???

Write to the Better Business Bureau, the State Attorney General's Office, etc. But let's face it, lots of dot coms died and this may be one near death.
