I am in WI, the company we are in dispute with is in NC, and this is over the internet. We bought a territory from a company. When we bought over the internet, at the bottom of the page there is a check box saying you agree with the licensing agreement, and a link to the license. We did check the box. Mentioned in the lincensing agreement, under non-circumvention, it states that we can't go to their supplier. Now, the licensor has not come through on any of the terms and as of yet does not have a product to sell in the territories we have bought, however, they spell out under the license agreement that we have to go through all this red tape to dispute it. Are we bound by checking the box? Can we start a new company and go to the supplier? these guys have scammed many of us, and won't give back the money unless we follow what they have spelled out to dispute it which costs more money than we paid. what are my options? I just want to go to the supplier. Here is the link: https://manage.skycatcher.com/vip_signup/signup_dist.asp
Just go to the very bottom of the page. Email me at [email protected]
I've pored all my money in to this after getting back from Iraq, i would hate to see it all go to waste because of this guy and his scam.

Simple answer, yep. You agreed to the terms of the licensing agreement and unless you want to spend 'big bucks' trying to challenge it, you are probably SOL.
