Hello,

I would like to register internet company for providing web design services.
However web designers will work from foreign countries not from USA . I live i New Jersey.
Is this legal?

Thank you!

Yes, if I understand you correctly.

As US domain (a dot com, dot net, etc) can be registered by a foreign business.

Under US law a corporation based in the US -- such as a New Jersey coproration -- can hire workers overseas to work for it overseas (at least in most countries -- not Iraq or Cuba or some others). So can you as an individual.

I don't know what you as a US corporation or individual has to do under say the laws of India to hire workers in India.
