From Pa. I gambled on the internet on lost money. I did not know how much i was gambling. Can the credit card company just up my credit limit when they feel like it. I think they are horriable for allowing the transactions to go through and then to up my limit with out me knowing. They had to know that the person using the card that much, that often ,had to have problem. Is there anything i can do. thank you

Pay the bill. The credit card company is not your keeper nor has any right to interfere with your personal activities. Most credit card companies will bump limits if you are a good customer. But most likely what happened to you was the gambling site did not submit the transaction till you were finished. Because you did not know your limit (both financially and when to stop gambling), you lose twice.
