What is the name of your state? New Jersey**************...i created a website that contains facts about what the administration says each year about their students, calling them DUMMIES DRUGGIES AND DERELICTS...these were spoken words....i want the county and future students to know what really goes on

1. in which way is it libel/slander?
2. they cant prove its me when it was emailed and created at a library?
3. what can you sue someone for when the have nothing?

if they sue and win then they can continue to renew the judgement until you DO have something.

1.After I signed an general release/resignation/agreement with an educational establishment that stated I would not make any dispariging remarks etc about them. However, after this agreement was signed I received documentation where they interviewed students and lied about me. I was never shown this until 6 months after my resignation. Opinion?

2. The school also states they would not disclose the agreement to fullest extent permitted by law. Then 6 months later they release my resignation to the State of New Jersey clearly trying to strip my certifications? Opinion?

3. No lawyers Ive contacted wants to be bothered, how do I go prose and who do I sue, what type of court and how do I arrive at what I am seeking in damages? Opinion?

what is the law of a firm taking your home PC to see if youve sent emails from it..i am smart enough to know email headers and ips so i know they dont know its me? they have a 99% assumption, is this good enough to supbonea my laptop and or even sue me?
