I have asked for a refund on a purchase on ebay and I have not recieved it. I live in California and the seller lives in Kansas. He first told me that I would recieve my item within a week of sending him the money. After a month of waiting and no sign of the item, I asked him for a refund. He answered me back saying that he would give me my refund. I have been waiting for my refund for a month and I still have not recieved it. I have emailed him about 5 times and he have not answered me. I have called him but his phone is always busy even if I call him at 2 am in the morning. The item was a computer and it cost $1,176 and I had to pay $79 for shipping and handling. I purchased the item on Aug 23.
