I reside in CA and my ex is using the internet to send harassing e-mails to my co-workers and business associates. He is sending slanderous, vile e-mails to friends and co-workers. I have reported this to hotmail but they say that they can not do anthing for me. I have a restraining order in place against him. Can this be considered a violation. Is there anything I can do??
