I'm planning on starting an internet lottery and I'm planning on using an offshore server to do this. How can do it so that everything is legal? Do I have to also base to my company off shore as well? Do I also have to use an off shore bank? Also, what are the laws governing internet lotteries?
Any advice would be helpfull.
