What is the name of your state?Im In Europe Not The USA
Hi,im hoping someone can maybe give me some advice here, on an Internet forum i post on sometimes someone has said some bad things about me,i do not even know this person in real life and what he/she has said is complete rubbish.

However the post remains despite me sending some private messages to the Administrator of the website asking him to delete the mesage in question.
My question is can anything be done about this?I will not have people regardless whether it be in real life or in cyberspace making up lies and stories about me,and im wondering if legally i might have case here.

By that i mean if i were to hire a lawyer and tell him/her about this is it possible the Administrator of this website would have to then delete the message and issue an apology or am i basically wasting my time?Surely when a personal message appears about someone and the Administrator of that forum won't delete it ive gotta have a case?Thanks in advance.

I know that the rest of the world has 'USA envy', but no matter how much your pray and hope.... Europe is NOT a part of the USA. And since this website is for USA LAW ONLY!!!

I certainly do not have "USA envy" nor does the rest of the world as it goes,i have nothing against normal Americans but i detest filth like George Bush..anyway i was not aware this was USA only so ill go elsewhere.
