I recently puchased some merchandise over the internet and was e-mailed an invoice stating my order was received and that it would be processed immediately. Two days later the owner called me and stated he listed the price of the merchandise incorrectly on his web-site and he would not be able to fullfill my order. However, if I would pay a much higher price he would be happy to sell me the merchandise. I have an invoice that lists the items, stock number, cost per item, shipping, and total invoice cost. Does the represent a contract and is he responsible for fullfilling my order at the advertised price?
