internet purchase

i purchased a product on the internet to use on a specific computer.

When i purchased it i read the terms and conditions, nowhere did it say i had to use it on the computer i used on the internet to buy it.

As the computer i want to use it on does not have a internet connection, i cannot register it.

I was sent a registration code and it wants to access the internet to verify it, but with no internet connection i cannot do it and for security reasons i do not connect the computer to the internet.

does anybody know what my rights are

I don't understand why you can't register by mail then.

or, why can't you register it on a computer and then load the program onto your pc?

Otherwise, I don't think you have rights, per se. You bought a product that you can't use..... it probably isn't covered under warrenty, unless you bought it from a real retail store
