There is a website "Apartmentratings.com" that has the apartment complex I work at on it's site. My name is mentioned in a number of the ratings. I believe that terminated employees are the ones that wrote these ratings. There are many vulgar things written about me on the website. I have tried repeatedly to have these deleted and so far they are still there. What can I do?

Since your post makes no statement challenging the accuracy of the postings, presumably the statements must be true. And if so, then they are not slander... and not actionable. Nor would they be actionable if they are simply someones opinion.

I have tried repeatedly to have these deleted and so far they are still there. What can I do?

Simply, don't go to that site.
