Effective June 18, 2001, the Sixth District of the California Appellate Court was fully briefed on an Internet SLAPP against Free Speech. Here is the link to the briefing history:

Does not this Appellate Case appear to have all the makings of deciding the fate of anonymity and free speech on message boards like those operated by Yahoo!, Raging-Bull, Motley fool, Stock-Talk, and a host of others, at least in California?
