I know that stalking is a crime.
1. What is considered Internet stalking?
2. Is Internet stalking a crime?
3. If you accidently discovered a person's home web page and read on the person's home web page that they are an attorney living in Arizona and was involved in a disabilty advocacy organization and you were corresponding with this attorney on a Internet mesage board and you told the attorney that you discovered their personal home web page and told the attorney that you discovered that he is an attorney and is involved in a disabilty organization (People First), is this considered to be stalking?
The Arizona attorney was asked the question on how a person could get in touch with the main headquarters of People First in the USA.
The Arizona attorney also knew that the person asking the question is disabled including the person's child. The Arizona attorney does ADA/disability legal cases.
The Arizona attorney's answer back to the disabled person's questions about the People First organization was that it appeared that the disabled person was stalking him (Arizona Attorney) and that stalking is a crime.
The Arizona attorney also stated that the disabled person could F... him (if you know what I mean).
The Arizona attorney was extremely rude in his answers to the disabled person on the Internet message board.
The conversation took place on a Micronation Internet message board and asked the disabled person to leave the message board in which the attorney is NOT the board owner/adminstrator. The disabled person is now scared to post
on the message board because she is scared that the Arizona attorney might prosecute her all because she posted on the message board accusing the disabled person of stalking him even though the disabled person is not guilty of stalking the attorney.
The board owner/adminstrator has been inactive and has been gone from the board for two months now and there is no telling if the board owner/adminstrator will ever come back to the message board or not.
The disabled person and the Arizona attorney met for the first time on the Micronation message board on where the conversation took place between them.
The disabled person and her disabled child lives in Arkansas.
When the disabled person had posted the messages to the Arizona attorney, she addressed it to the attorney using the attorney's name plus adding the Attorney At Law behind the name.
When the disabled person read the Attorney's first rude response to them, the disabled person reposted the questions again to the attorney with the addition that the disabled person was expectional professional conduct that included a respectful and polite reply from the attorney.
In both rude responses that came back from the Arizona attorney, the Arizona attorney mentioned that the disabled person could F... him ( If you know what I mean).
The type of behavior that the attorney has showed to the disabled person on the Internet Message Board, should the attorney be reported to the Arizona State Bar Association?
Please respond back to these questions for the disabled person is now scared that she is now going to be prosecuted by the Arizona attorney for stalking in which the disabled person is not
guilty of.
