What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Louisiana, only U.S. law

What if a student, on his own computer at his home, made a website that had head shot pictures of classmates and teachers pasted on nude bodies. Someone at school accidently accessed the website even though the school has filtering technology. Can the student that created the website be suspended or expelled?
